What do you need?
1. A medium sized eggplant. If you can find one organic farmed that’s even better, because we know it’s more natural and has fewer pesticides.
2. One medium lemon (not overripe)
3. A liter of water
4. A glass jar
How to prepare it?
The first thing to be done is to thoroughly clean the eggplant. For this, we wash it with a little apple cider vinegar and a little baking soda. Thus, we eliminate all kinds of possible toxic pesticides. Finally, we wash it with water.
The eggplant should be cut into slices about an inch and a half thick (keep for the shell). The next step will be to introduce the slices of eggplant in the glass jar, placing slice by slice and add a liter of water.
