Today we take a closer look at the diet plan that’s caused quite a stir on social media and forums lately. It is called ‘The 3 Week Diet’.
According to the author, Brian Flatt, The 3 Week Diet is said to be a scientifically proven system to melt away 12 to 23 pounds in just 21 days, including 2-4 inches off your waistline, and more from your hips, thighs, belly, and butt!
Who is the Author?
Brian Flatt is the creator of The 3 Week Diet and according to his website, he’s a sports nutritionist, a health coach and a personal trainer who has over 20 years of experience in the fitness industry.
He is also the owner of REV fitness, a personal training studio based in Southern California. Additionally, he states that he has a degree in Biology from San Diego State University.
It certainly seems like he has the required skills to make this kind of product. That is, of course, if the website info is genuine.
What is Included in this Program?
The 3 Week Diet consists of a 96 page guide split into 4 different manuals:
Introduction Manual – This is where you start. This manual gives you a basic idea of how the whole program works, explains the science behind gaining and losing weight and also covers the specific supplements recommended for this diet.
Diet Manual – This part shows you what to eat, when and how much to eat, and which foods you need to avoid. It also shows how to adjust your diet plan based on your body type.
Workout Manual – According to Flatt, exercising is not required for this program to work, but it will help speed up the process. This part includes workouts you can do at home and in the gym.
Motivation & Mindset Manual – This is something that not many diet plans include. The idea is that everything starts with our brain and our actions and habits are directly related to our thoughts and emotions. This part teaches you how to think about weight loss in a different way, and remain positive and motivated throughout the whole program.

Does it REALLY WORK?
We can’t say for sure. We all have seen too many ‘fad’ diets which claim similar results to this one but provide little-to-no scientific base to back their claims, so a certain dose of skepticism is justified.
When we take a look at the website, it appears there are some testimonials and success stories presented, such as 23 pounds lost in 21 days, 17 pounds lost in 12 days and 11 pounds lost in one week among others.
If we take them as a genuine testimonials, then those are impressive results. But of course, there is no way for us to verify their authenticity.
There is a big social following presence for this product, so that’s a good sign.
But perhaps the most reassuring sign that The 3 Week Diet might-actually-work is the fact that they offer 60 days money back guarantee. So if it doesn’t suit you for whatever reason, you could simply ask for a full refund.
Here is one video testimonial we’ve found:
Let’s look at the Pros and Cons:
- Fast results promised – loss of 12-23 pounds within 21 days
- Additional health benefits such as improved cholesterol levels, cellulite reduction, healthier skin and hair, increased energy
- Short and effective workout plan you can do from home
- Unique motivation and mindset manual
- Instantly downloadable
- 60 days no-questions-asked refund policy
- No real way to verify author’s credentials and customer testimonials
- More scientific references could be included
- Additional supplements may be recommended, potentially increasing the total cost

Even though this product doesn’t seem perfect (but really, which diet plan is?), we can understand why it is caused so many discussions on social media platforms.
The 3 Week Diet certainly looks appealing, especially for people who are in need of fast results. With their existing refund policy, one would say there is really nothing to lose.
